Were you invited to a farm? You're ready in three steps.
You don't need your own plan or your own farm. You work on the owner's farm with their plan, from your own phone.
- Get the invite (as the farm's manager)The owner adds you in Menu → Invitees with your mobile number or email.
- Install and sign inGet Chiguru from Google Play or the App Store. Sign in with that same number and the OTP sent to it.
- Tap AcceptThe invite is waiting on the first screen. Accept it and the farm opens, marked "Invited farm".

What farmers ask us
Using Chiguru
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Attendance, payments and expenses save on your phone first. They sync on their own when the network returns, so nothing is lost on a weak line in the estate.
Can each worker have a different wage?
Yes. Every work group has a rate, and you can give any worker their own daily wage. Leave it blank and they follow the group's rate.
Which languages does it speak?
English, हिन्दी, ಕನ್ನಡ, தமிழ், తెలుగు, മലയാളം and मराठी. Change the language any time from Menu → Settings; your farm's records stay the same.
Which crops is it for?
Any crop with a labour gang: coffee, tea, arecanut, pepper, cardamom, soybean, grapes and more. Harvest groups can be paid per kilo.
How do I stop the plan?
Cancel from your Google Play or App Store subscriptions at least 24 hours before the month renews. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Your invitee
Who is an invitee?
The person who runs the estate day to day for you: your writer, mestri or manager. You invite them from Menu → Invitees with their mobile number or email, and choose which of your farms it's for.
How does my invitee join?
They install Chiguru on their own phone and sign in with the number you invited. The invite is waiting for them; they tap Accept and your farm opens. Until then it shows as pending in your list.
What can my invitee do?
Everything on the group's attendance screen: mark who came, add workers, overtime, kilos picked and picking bonus, count from photo, advances and loans. They can also record wage payments, post work updates and add expenses with receipts.
What stays with me, the owner?
Your income and harvest sales, other farms, the subscription and your invitee list. Deleting a payment and changing the pay day are owner-only too. Every entry shows which phone made it.
Does my invitee need their own plan?
No. They work under your Chiguru Plan, which includes one invitee seat. If you remove them, they lose access to your farm straight away.
